TIPS FOR SUCCESS

It is important to drink a lot of water & get an adequate amount of sleep.

You should eat the proper amount of protein and calories from foods packed with nutrition to help you achieve your goals!

Don't cheat yourself! You can do these exercises and you CAN make a change! You should be tired after these workouts. If you have to substitute a workout then do so, but whatever you do, don't skip!

A tip that I have found most proven to work is printing my programs off and keeping track (daily) of the workouts that I do and the weights that I use. I try my hardest to improve my sets weekly.
